Our Flush Window and Flush Door Sash options are designed to suite with both our Ideal 70, our fully sculptured window and door system, and Ideal 4000 contemporary SquareLine profile. That’s a single additional sash in stock but the flexibility to manufacture two flush systems!

It’s also been developed to offer the UK and Ireland’s, narrowest sightlines at only 58mm.

With a deep bottom rail option, and suitable for fabrication as a mechanically jointed or welded option, it can be manufactured to match classical period detailing, or deliver a minimalist contemporary aesthetic.

Combine the aluplast flush sash with the fully sculptured, Ideal 70, to create the perfect heritage window with mechanical jointing and deep bottom rail.
Or choose a contemporary urban flush sash option with the Ideal 4000 SquareLine window and door system achieving u-values as low as u-values 1.2W/m2K
Available in a choice of more than 40 different foils including our next generation offer, woodec and aludec.

As a fully sculptured system, designed specifically for the UK and Ireland, Ideal 70 offers a great match to period properties in its own right. The aluplast Flush Sash builds on this foundation with additional period detailing including a deep bottom rail, dummy sash options and the option to replicate a 90° traditional mechanical joint.

Ideal 4000 Flush Sash Windows with ultra slim 58mm sightlines allow fabricators and installers to make and fit, a contemporary energy efficient window. Replicating the architectural aesthetic and minimalist sightlines of aluminium but without the cost or complexity in manufacture.
