Our next generation window systems have been designed to maximise manufacturing efficiencies and simplify installation, delivering advanced thermal performance with u-values as low as 0.7W/m2K.
aluplast brings global leading innovation in energy efficient window and door systems to the UK and Irish home improvement and new build sectors.
Founded in Germany in 1982 we have grown to operate in more than 30 countries across the world, while remaining a family-owned business.
Working in partnership with leading UK window and door manufacturers for more than two-decades, we have a dedicated UK facility bringing global scale, expertise, and support, to the doorstep of our customers in the UK and Ireland.
We are a global innovator in PVC-U window and door technology, helping to make homes warmer and more sustainable, while maximising manufacturing and installation efficiencies.
We’re big but we’re also family-owned. We know that the personal touch counts, and we work in close partnership with our customers in the UK and Ireland.
aluplast window and door systems are engineered to deliver efficiency-gains in manufacture, lowering stockholding by maximising modularity across ranges.
We are committed to minimising the impact of our operations on the environment, lowering our CO2 emissions and pioneering closed-loop manufacture in energy efficient PVCu windows and doors.

Ideal70 is where we started. It was developed specifically for the UK and Irish markets and offering extensive design reach, it remains one of our best-selling window profiles.
Since its launch, we’ve added the contemporary, Ideal4000 window to our range, plus flush sash options across Ideal4000 and Ideal70.
We also offer Ideal neo. It’s a highly innovative energy efficient profile that can create windows with a U-value of just 0.9W/m2K with a standard double-glazed unit.
It’s also been designed to be easier to recycle at end of life, using less energy and creating a positive circular cycle.
We opened our new £26 million state-of-the-art extrusion facility in summer 2022.
Covering more than 15-hectares it includes a raw material mixing facility and new extrusion hall with the capacity to accommodate more than 50 twin-extrusion lines, plus R&D facility.
